# Incompatible archive: cannot upload Pro plugin

 * So I paid for the pro plugin and I followed the instructions for installation(
   uncheck remove data, delete the old free plugin). The problem is that I’m seeing
   an “Incompatible archive” error whenever I install. Can anyone help?

 * Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you tried recompressing the folder? You may
   follow the steps below on how to recompress a folder.
    1. Download and extract loginwp-pro-x.0.x.x.zip as folder (Extract to “loginwp…”)
    2. Open the extracted folder
    3. Right Click on **loginwp-pro** folder
    4. Send to **Compress** **(zipped) Folder**
    5. Install the newly zipped folder.
