    Hi,

Your plugin shows as incompatible with Woocommerce ‘High-Performance order storage (COT)’ feature. When are you planning to update it to make it compatible?

    Here’s a note from Woocommerce:

“If you are using a third-party extension that isn’t working properly with High-Performance Order Storage then please notify the developers of the extension and ask them to update their extension to add support for HPOS. It’s up to the extension developers to add support for HPOS. We have developer resources and documentation (https://developer.woocommerce.com/2022/09/14/high-performance-order-storage-progress-report/?_ga=2.210328597.1077383923.1680099525-129855452.1674450498) available to help with their integration efforts.”

    And here’s their latest announcement:

“By August 2023 High Performance Order Storage will be enabled by default on all new WooCommerce stores. Any extensions that are not marked compatible will no longer be able to be activated on new stores, starting in August. “

    Regards.

    Hi @dimsal,

    Greetings from WebToffee support.

We understand your concern. Presently the plugin is not compatible with WooCommerce’s latest High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) feature.

However, the compatibility fix is already in our development pipeline and we will accomplish it in the near future.

As it requires some feasibility studies and development efforts, we cannot commit to a fixed release date at this moment. Thanks for understanding.
