I’m having similar problem: I have been working in a development subdomain and now I’m having troubles to transfer to the main domain: it seems that I can’t reach wp-login due to locale url and I can’t export the translated content to make a new install.
Could we expect a solution in the next couple of weeks?

Do you have problems with transferring your website from the local domain to external domain? Unfortunately, we do not entirely understand, how is our plugin related to this issue. To transfer content with a translation, you need to transfer the Database, not using export/import – http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Moving_WordPress.
