Incomplete description

I wasted my 6 hours thinking I might have missed some configuration to change which might cause my issue of 0.01% stuck.
I changed .htaccess and constant.php as well. But still during import, it stucks at 0.01%. I tried to search logs, but it doesn’t print any logs nor it prompts on screen anything.
After everything and wasting my time, I got to know that their basic version supports less than 512 MB. This information should have mentioned in plugin description only. Totally wasted my time. Please mention Basic and premium on first page of plugin.
Sorry to rate 1 star but I am helpless.
