 * When I opened this extension, I found myself faced with an incomprehensible interface
   with information in all directions.
    I don’t think I have the necessary skills
   to use it.
 * I prefer to find another one.

 * Post Slider and Post Carousel plugin is quite simple and created with shortcode.
   You just need to add plugin shortcode on relevant page to get the output.
