# Inconsistent Errors with Import

 * Getting two sets of errors to the error log between my staging environment and
   my production environment.
 * Also using the extension this plugin provides for Multisite which was purchased.
 * The errors:
 * failed to open stream: No such file or directory”,”File”:”\/var\/www\/html\/wp-
   content\/plugins\/all-in-one-wp-migration\/lib\/vendor\/servmask\/archiver\/class-
   ai1wm-archiver.php”,”Line”:142} –
 * which happens on an fopen call
 * “A non well formed numeric value encountered”,”File”:”\/var\/www\/html\/wp-content\/
   plugins\/all-in-one-wp-migration\/lib\/vendor\/servmask\/archiver\/class-ai1wm-
   extractor.php”,”Line”:261}
 * The second one occurs whenever the first one does not.

 * I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    What error do you get on export? Have you 
   contacted support at servmask.com for premium support (Multisite Extension)?

 * I didn’t contact support at the multisite extension address, I wasn’t aware they
   provided a separate level of support given the migration tool is likely the issue
   and not necessarily the extension itself.
 * I don’t get an error on Export I get one on the Import. The errors above are 
   both for Import.
