# Inconsistent thumbnails

 * Hello,
    1. I launched my new site yesterday on a different IP address. Now some
   thumbnails show and some don’t. All thumbnails were showing up before when I 
   was on the test IP address.
 * 2. Some show up in Google Chrome. None show up in Firefox.

 * I visited your site using Firefox and all of the screenshots were showing on 
   at least the first three pages.
 * It took some digging, but I finally found your account in our system and saw 
   the following in the security logs:
 * Referrer: [http://inspireddesign.biz/](http://inspireddesign.biz/)
    Lock to account:
   domain or IP not listed
 * Since you are using a script (WP-Portfolio), it should use and automatically 
   add your server IP. However, initial requests may use the embedded method. We
   did not write the original version of this plugin’s ShrinkTheWeb integration,
   so I’m not 100% certain without looking through a bit of code.
 * However, just in case that is the reason, I have added your domain to your “Allowed
   Referrers” list. So you should not have any further issues.
