# Incorrect CAPTCHA in Every Post

 * All my users are telling me that they can’t comment on my website because of 
   incorrect captcha. I did myself a test and they are right. I do the math correctly,
   but after submit, it tells me “Incorrect CAPTCHA”.
 * Few weeks ago was working ok. Also sometimes it works, but sometimes it won’t.
 * Anybody knows why? Thanks!

 * Hi there.
 * My website is html-tuts.com. I think there is something from cookies. I also 
   use W3 Total Cache and I deactivated the “words” options from your captcha plugin
   and also I only use the sum option as it is less buggy. The others, for example
   minus operator, when I have some numbers like 5-5, if I type 0 it tells me that
   is not correct.

 * Hi,
 * This problem can occur if captcha works with some caching plugins. You can solve
   it only if you’ll add exceptions in your caching plugin (if such an opportunity
   is available).
