Incorrect Donation Amounts

    I recently restored my site from a backup (lhiagf.org). Now, every documentation of donations to my foundation displays incorrect amounts. For example, I had donations of $500 and $250 that went through over 2 weeks ago. Both of those donors now show up as $50. The amounts are correct in paypal and authorize.net, but I would like the give stats to be accurate. All of the payments are listed as going through.

    I have double checked the form itself, refreshed the reports, reviewed the logs, etc.

    I’d rather not have to use code just for a plugin to work properly…

    Hi there,

    That sounds like something in your database did not migrate properly. I would double-check your backup and make sure the restoration from the backup happened as intended. My guess is that some post IDs ended up being different from the original during the migration.

    Alternatively, you could try going to “Donations > Reports > Tools” and use the recalculation tools there just to see if Give can correct itself with those tools. But if the post IDs are wrong (like I suspect) then the recalculations will not have any effect.
