# Incorrect postcode/subur (guest checkout)

 * Any time something is added to the cart, we see “Incorrect postcode/subur ” (
   note the lack of b on the end of suburb too… )
 * Sendle is not available to guest check outs (disabled via role based methods 
   plugin). How do I remove this message from the top of the checkout page?

 * I’m having the exact same problem and the update hasn’t changed anything. Should
   I send some details through the contacts page too? Not sure how to show the site
   though as it’s in maintenance mode at the moment.

 * We’ve just seen this issue solve on our demo site after completing the update
   to 2.2.3. Other things to check here are your pick up postcode/suburb combination.

 * Further updates have been included in V2.2.5 which includes the ability to turn
   on or off predictive suburb/postcode. Generally sites experienced the issues 
   reported here due to javascript errors in the cart preventing the predictive 
   address function from working properly. We advise anyone seeing this issue to:
 * 1. Check for latest version updates
    2. Check for any js error in cart page 3.
   If those cannot be address try turning off predictive address setting in admin.
