Incorrect scroll down position in first click

    Hello,

    I have a problem with scroll down position when I click the first click in option to scroll down.

    Please see the site: http://www.paulo-elias.com/traduquest/

    For example:

    1) Open the site
    2) Click in item menu “Quality” –> Scroll down position is incorrect
    3) Click in item menu “References” –> Scroll down position is correct
    4) Click in item menu “Accreditation” –> Scroll down position is correct

    It’s only happens in first click. You see? Can you help me to fix the problem?
