 * Hello,
 * first of all, thanks for adding an option that I asked for earlier, to enable
   image compression level selection on a scale from 0 to 100.
 * This, however, without adjusting setting name that is “Compression level” causes
   misunderstanding because the setting does just the opposite: sets Quality level.
   The higher the quality, the lower the compression.
 * I tested on GTmetrix that image links have a number according to this setting
   and their sizes decrease the lower this setting value (image quality) is.
 * Best regards,
 * Ryszard

 * Hello [@taisho](https://wordpress.org/support/users/taisho/),
 * Thanks a lot for your feedback, I thought that if we use just quality will ignore
   the main benefit of altering this setting, i.e size/compression which is inversely
   proportional to the size of the image.
 * I thought that the description should make things a bit more clear:
    _A higher
   compression might result in a small loss of image quality. Select the most appropriate
   value for your images. _
 * I will think more about think.

 * This is definitely confusing as I thought the setting was for the compression
   level and not the image quality. I had been looking at this for a while and only
   realized the slider was for image quality after adjusting it all the way down
   and viewing the sample image where it shows the size of the file getting smaller.
 * Maybe something like:
 * Slow network optimization
    Reduce image quality to improve performance over slow
   networks.
 * Default image quality
    Higher image quality results in larger file sizes and
   slower downloads.
