Incorrect sharing on Google plus

Hello,
please take note that when sharing a page on Google plus using your plugin I always got this strange issue that the page shows a different link inside the shared post.
Please, have a look at the shot, you will see I was trying to sharing a page about italy but the link say ERITREA INTERATTIVA.http://www.wocmultimedia.biz/repository/screenshotErrorGoogleplus.jpg
if you make a search on google using the word Cilavegna you will see that the results will shows a similar problem with this same page. You will find a link titled
Nuova Mappa interattiva di Cilavegna e dintorni creata da … which links to this post and there the inside link is wrong titled Gran Canaria Interattiva but link to the correct page.
