 * The new Aftership API requires a “tracking id” to retrieve shipping status, but
   the tracking id stored in Woocommerce is incorrect.
 * For example, a shipping record’s tracking id is 33369dc6e59d4f70bf9ce6ba382c0670(
   according to the API), but in Woocommerce database, the stored tracking id is
   49823a153ecec3cd26832a934e911b36, using this id to query the API always returns“
   invalid id”
