Incorrect UTC offset reported by WordPress console login alert

    Just bringing this to your attention.

    The WordPress console login alert email contains the following line regarding date and time of event:

    -Date: March 9, 2021 @ 10:38:34 (UTC +0000)

    The date and time reported are correct in my case, but the UTC offset is not.
    My instance has its time zone set to ‘America/New_York’ which is currently UTC -0500
