Contributing to WordPress is a wonderful thing and I know it’s tough when users don’t use your products as expected.
While that is frustrating, you could also look at it as a learning experience and see threads like these as opportunities to make your theme even better!
That being said, calling users lazy is uncalled for so let’s turn the negative flow into positive energy 🙂

@jon, well we try our best and saying someone that is lazy is not too personal, or is it? 😉 It’s a way of describing how people/users in todays world doesn’t try to search, sometimes it’s really easy, easier than asking in forums ;)..in other side of the coin, we are patient 😉 as we are learners sometimes too 😛
