Hey there,

I just noticed that by using this plugin the jetpack sync is doing pretty hefty queries for the website. This is a daily stat from today:

Is it really that important to run the queries this much? This one is that is the cause of this: /wp-json/jetpack/v4/sync/spawn-sync

It all depends on the plugins installed on your site that rely on Jetpack, as well as the traffic your site receives.
