# Increase or decrease in multiples of 2

 * Hi there,
 * The plugin seems to have a bug where the quantity counts up or down in multiples
   only so you can only add 2,4,6,8 items and sometimes 1,3,5,7 rather than 1,2,3,4
   etc?
 * I’ve had to disable on the live site as it’s preventing people from buying things.

 * Thanks for reporting this problem. I’m currently unable to reproduce the problem
   on my end when running a fresh WP installation and the latest version of the 
   plugin. Have you tried running a [theme/plugin conflict test](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/)
   yet, to ensure that the problem isn’t caused by a theme or plugin?
