Incredible Support

This company has by far the most incredible support I have seen in a long time. Submit a ticket in the afternoon and by the next day you not only have the answer but often times the fix is done for you. This is the third directory plugin we have used, the other two were from offshore companies and the support was through their online forum. You either put your issue before the entire world and surrender your privacy or you don’t get any support. But not with this company. The support is personal and fast. Highly recommend them.
