• I would recommend this plugin, not only because it works very well, but because of the incredible support we received when we had a problem with it. We could not access attachments added by users when taking out a ticket. We requested support and got an immediate answer. When we still could not resolve the issue, Support Candy asked for temporary admin access and logged in to troubleshoot the problem. They advised us to make setting changes which we asked or provider to make the problem was resolved. We have experience of other plugins where support is minimal or amounting to none, so it was a very pleasant surprise to find such a responsive developer.
