 * Before I buy the pro version I need to know if I can do the following.
 * I need to have a table listing the top 10 most followed people so what I need
   is to have a column showing the ranking order of each of them. Kind of an increment
   number column since the rank number is not a custom field associated with that
   person.
 * Is that available?
 * Rank Name

 * I’m afraid that the plugin doesn’t have an option to display an increment number
   column that isn’t a custom field column. I have added this to our feature request
   list so that we can track the amount of demand. We will let you know if we add
   this to a future version of the plugin.
 * In the meantime, I’m sorry that this isn’t possible.
 * As an alternative, you’re correct that you could consider displaying this as 
   a custom field column, albeit since the incremental rank number that you want
   to display is not a value stored in the custom field associated with each post,
   you would need to add custom coding to programmatically display the desired increment
   number.
