# index.php does not load

 * I just installed a second blog and database on my domain (monsefdesign.com) to
   [http://www.bothellvbc.org/NewSite/wp/](http://www.bothellvbc.org/NewSite/wp/)
 * the install and setup went fine, in fact I can access the [http://www.bothellvbc.org/NewSite/wp/wp-admin/](http://www.bothellvbc.org/NewSite/wp/wp-admin/)
   and login and edit posts etc…
 * this is my first try and any of this, any advice is greatly appreciated.

 * one more thing: on my iPhone I get an error message “safari cannot open the page
   because of too many redirects occured”.
