 * By default, my Apache setup does not check for index.php and I actually do not
   like to have that as a default.
 * I there a good reason for not having that in your links? My first try at using
   WordPress failed because of that. I was wondering whether a future version could
   have the option to put index.php everywhere if requested…
 * And no, I do not think it looks ugly. 😎 Maybe I’m weird on that one…
