Individual posts help

Hi there,
I’m running a website where the language is Danish. I’ve downloaded a theme that i’ve customized a bit which is in English.
I’m having some trouble figuring out how to change the language from English to Danish on individual posts as well as the posts displayed on the home page.
The issues are as seen in this image
“Posted on” ….. should be in Danish.
“This entry was posted in Holdet, Info, Medlem, Stævne, Træning and tagged amager, info, medlemmer, stævne, volley vuf, volleyball. Bookmark the permalink. Edit” should also be in Danish.
