Infinite Login Loop

I’ve been having an issue with an infinite re-direct when I try to login with no error message. If I intentionally put in the wrong password I’ll get an error message however. I’ve searched the forums and tried a number of things: disabling plugins, resetting .htaccess file, using FTP to restore wp-admin and wp-includes folders and nothing has worked. Any other suggestions??? I’ve expired my knowledge of wordpress trying to resolve this and need help. Thank you!
