# Infinite Loop – really?

 * SO incredibly frustrated on 3/19/15. Spent HOURS trying to figure out why all
   of a sudden my high traffic wordpress sites would not load. Had to install Firefox,
   load Firebug, and learned it was this plugin that all of a sudden brought everything
   down.
 * I lost revenue, hours, and got a big headache from this. Can’t believe this was
   the culprit.
 * I am going to try the new version since I need this feature and it says the infinite
   loop is fixed, but proceed with caution.

 * I’m sorry to hear about the issue you experienced. Our 4.0.7 version should fix
   the issue in Firefox. Let us know if you need anything else.

 * The issue was not only in FireFox, but all browsers. Unfortunately, it just required
   FireFix and Firebug to see the issue, and figure out it was your plugin.
 * In short, I lost a lot of time and money due to the site being offline due to
   the infinite loop.

 * addthis_matt, here we are not even a month later, and your plugin just brought
   down all my sites AGAIN! One of your scripts is halting my page from loading,
   and crashing all browsers. I deactivate (the most recent version) of your plugin,
   and my site goes back online. I forgave the first go around of this nightmare,
   but you have no cost me more headache, revenue etc.
 * How is it your plugins are doing this?! I know this isn’t you personally, but
   I am sure you can understand my frustration.

 * I’m really sorry to hear that the plugin is causing issues for you again. We 
   haven’t had any reports of this issue with 4.0.7 version.
 * Just to clarify, the 4.0.7 version has been working fine for the last month or
   so?
 * Were you seeing the issue in specific browsers or all browsers?
 * Do all of your sites use the same theme?
 * Could you send us the URL of your sites so that we can take a look at the issue?
