# Info Vent

 * I finally added WordPress to my site. I want to keep things very simple, easier
   for people to look at the actual text and information. Everything is pretty much
   complete except setting up a static system for articles and other. The layout
   is finished. What do you guys think?

 * I think a slim, one-column layout works really well for keeping the focus on 
   the writing.

 * Oh, re. the archives, you might want to check out the nicer archives hack — [http://wordpress.org/support/10/6041](http://wordpress.org/support/10/6041)
 * I use that on my site — [http://teleportchronicles.com](http://teleportchronicles.com)—
   which has a similar layout to yours. It fills out that archive column a bit and
   adds some nice functionality.
