I just want to report the following documentation might not be correct.

It looks you have no rights to write in the plugins folder. It will not be possible to create any plugin until the plugins folder is not writable.

The documentation should say:

It looks like you have no rights to write in the plugins folder. It will not be possible to create any plugin until the plugins folder is writable.

I believe the folder needs to be writable in order to be able to write.

Let me know if I am making sense.
