 * I just want to report the following documentation might not be correct.
 * > It looks you have no rights to write in the plugins folder. It will not be 
   > possible to create any plugin until the plugins folder is not writable.
 * The documentation should say:
 * **It looks like you have no rights to write in the plugins folder. It will not
   be possible to create any plugin until the plugins folder is writable.**
 * I believe the folder needs to be writable in order to be able to write.
 * Let me know if I am making sense.
 * Thank you.
