 * I’ve got a host on GoDaddy that has been plaguing me. The site has been thuroughly
   optimized but the initial connection to first byte is 3-15s. Once that has established
   the site is there in a milliseconds.

 * I’ve tried troubleshooting with GD but they run in circles blaming WP which when
   this was on a dev server it was just fine.
 * Any thoughts before I spend the time migrating away?
