 * I just installed the LTL Shipping Plugin ODFL Edition. I have my account set
up through ODFL. I have my account number, username and password. Initially,
I entered the previous and tried “Test Connection” after I saved my settings.
I get an error: Error! Customer not autorated. As well, I get a “Note:” You must
have an Old Dominion Freight Lines account to use this application. if you don’t
have one, contact Old Dominion Freight Lines at 800-235-5569, or email [customer.service@odfl.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/initial-test-connection/customer.service@odfl.com?output_format=md).
 * I DO, in fact have a Old Dominion Freight Lines account. As mentioned previously,
I have the Account number, etc.
 * What I am wondering is this: Does the “Customer not autorated” warning have anything
to do with the plugin not believing that I have an ODFL account?
 * When I check on the ODFL.com website, I am able to login and view all of my account
creds. On the Eniture side of things, I am able to login and see my account creds.
To take the testing one step farther, I went ahead and purchased the plugin,
in case their was an issue with the trial status. I have the correct Plugin License
Key entered. Can you help? I am not sure where to start chasing down what these
   messages mean. —Bill Basler

 * I should have explained a bit further. I also see the message: “Your currently
plan subscription is inactive. Please activate your plan subscription from here.”
 * My subscription does appear to be active—at least it does on the Eniture website.
