initialize after an AJAX call

Hi, and thank you in advanced for any assistance.

I love this plugin and am really hoping that I can get it working the way I need to on my site.

I’m working with another plugin called media grid that displays images in a grid form and then when you click on them the content comes up in a Lightbox style window

I am trying to use twenty twenty inside of this Lightbox but am having some trouble.
I contacted the developer of media grid and he said to ask you “if there’s a way to initialize it(it being twenty twenty) after an AJAX call”

on the main page you will see a grid of the same image repeated over and over. Click any one of them, when the Lightbox comes up it should display a before and after of a black/white circle but it doesn’t
