 * Hi! I am trying your plugin and so far is great.
 * I only have 2 questions:
 * 1- ADS INJECTION: is there any way to make the ads appear ONLY on the 1st post
   of the Blog? (this is very useful for adsense)
 * 2-I am using WP super cache: which is the line of code I have to use so every
   time I refresh the page the ADS can rotate ?

 * 1. Not with post injection, you probably can write a filter (to grab the_content()
   for the first post and add in your advert) or something in your archive.php/index.
   php to do so though.
 * 2. AdRotate only supports W3 Total Cache. WPSC removed fragmented caching quite
   a while ago.

 * Thanks for answering both questions so promtly.
 * 1- Post Injection: The problem that I have is that if a Enable a post injection
   and I select all the categories of the blog, by default the plugin inserts the
   AD to ALL the posts, not just the filtered one. I hope I could explain myself
   properly:)
 * How much would it cost to pay you to add this tweak on a blog?
