Hi mandsconsulting! On my site, a user can submit their email address (and I’ll get the email confirmation) – but after they submit their information the inline links never show up for them to download. I’ve tried everything I can think of (with my semi-limited knowledge of code). Thoughts? Thanks so much!
Hi allisondoty,
You din’t reply to our question. In other words, you should check and resolve the issues described by developers of Contact Form 7 on there site http://contactform7.com/why-isnt-my-ajax-contact-form-working-correctly/
So far, we can only confirm that Ajax is broken and is not working on your page and you should somehow fix it.
I am having the same issue. My downloads stopped working all of a sudden. When the contact form is filled out and submitted, the message comes up that it was sent successfully, but no download link shows up. I checked and have <?php wp_footer(); ?> is in footer.php and wp_head(); is the header.php. The link to the page is http://abpro-labs.com/downloads/
None of the links works any more. Any ideas on what is wrong or what I should try?

Hi,
I am having the same issue as earlier posters. I don’t mind starting a new topic, but perhaps for reference sake, better to continue this one?
It worked before, but today updated to WP381 and it’s broken now, only in Firefox28 though! It works fine in IE9
To repeat:
If I click on a download link, the contact window pops up, I fill in details and the popup disappears and the address bar shows #wpcf7-f981-p29-o1 added to the address. If I then click again on the download link, it pops up again, with the message “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks.”, but no link included.
If I do the same in IE9, it straight away gives me the link to the PDF correctly.
Both header and footer include the mentioned lines…
Any idea?
To follow up; at the moment I went back to WP351, and all is working correctly now. But with all the heartbleeding going on etc, I urgently need to fix this… Wonder how…
I am having the same issue. @mandsconsulting… can you explain how to use firebug to conduct the further troubleshooting you recommended? The side where I want the download to appear is:

I have checked the header.php and footer.php files and they seem to be fine as per your earlier recommendations to other members.
