Inline Link Not Working

    Hello first here are my versions of the components used:

    WP: 3.8.1
    Contact Form 7: 3.6
    Email Before Download: 3.2.8

    I recently update all plugins and core WP to the latest versions yesterday. And now when I fill out a form to download a PDF file, I get an error in the inline link:

    URL to Page:

    URL after Submit:
    http://diametriq.com/diameter-solution-suite/#wpcf7-f237-p1812-o1

    Where the link for the download should be, it says:
    Thank you. Use the link below to access the document.<!-- Google Code for Contact Details Conversion Page --> <div style="display:none;"> <img height="1" width="1" style="border-style:none;" alt="" src="//www.googleadservices.com/pagead/conversion/1005493590/?value=0&label=HQ9WCOKjqAYQ1rq63wM&guid=ON&script=0"/> </div>

    I have deactivated all plugins and still get this error. I have also checked both header(); and footer(); calls in the php code and they are fine as well.

    Any help would be appreciated.
