# InnoDB engine – Issue?

 * So YARPP is showing a message at the top saying that tables are detected as InnoDB
   engine. So “consider titles” and “consider bodies” have been disabled. This just
   leaves categories and tags as variables used for relevancy.
 * There is instructions to:
 * To restore these features, please update your xxx_posts table by executing the
   following SQL directive: ALTER TABLE `xxx_posts` ENGINE = MyISAM;
 * Is this safe to do? How will it affect our WordPress install and plugins moving
   forward?

 * Another option is to enable the YARPP Pro enhancements for your site (free in
   version 4.1.1). YARPP Pro doesn’t care what database engine you are using because
   the “relatedness” happens externally, and is not stored in your database.
