Nothing else. All we can do is just guess what may be happening, which we’ve tried. If you can give us even a normal user WP login so we can see the issue, even that would help. * – It sounds like there’s also a second site that is a multisite installation and on which the NG icon actually isn’t showing. For that one, can you please update to 2.0.18. I have offered them login options, but they haven’t shown any interest to go any further.
