Insert file download not working

Hi,

I am having trouble with the “insert file download” button.

There was a previous post on this but I did not understand the fix.

Basically it is inserting:

[download=”xx”]

instead of:

[download id=”xx”]

How do I fix this? I am using version 1.62 of the plugin.
