Insert form pop up when entering ean code

I am using WPforms Lite. I have beeen dealing with a rather strange problem. I am assigning ean codes to my products and every time I scan a barcode to a single product or a variation I get a popup window from wpforms asking me to insert a form. There is even a drop down to select from the forms I have created with the plugin . Each time I have to press cancel to move past the popup and continue my work. Any ideas why this is happening?
