    Is there a shortcode that i can manually use into my template or a php
   call into my template to use the post slider

    You can shortcode `[rps]` into post/page to display
   slider on front end or you can also use Template tag `<?php if(function_exists('
   get_related_posts_slider')) {get_related_posts_slider();} ?>` in your themes 
   file i.e. single.php, page.php
