# Insert label with shortcode

 * Hello,
 * I have your plugin installed on my website and created a percentage discount 
   badge. It works perfectly on the individual product page:
 * **Product Page:** [https://lacour.com.br/loja/biquinis/sutia-fixo/sutia-fixo-mare/](https://lacour.com.br/loja/biquinis/sutia-fixo/sutia-fixo-mare/)
 * However, the badge does not appear on the **homepage**, which was built using**
   Elementor**. The product carousels there were created with the **Elementor Loop
   Carousel** feature:

 * I’ve tried several methods to make the discount badge appear on the homepage 
   carousel, but I haven’t had any success.
 * I also considered using a shortcode for this, but I’m not sure if that’s possible.

 * First of all – please access the plugin settings page and find Hooks option –
   do you see any values inside it or is it empty?
 * Second – can you show me a screenshot of how that custom loop looks inside the
   Elementor edit page – I’m interested in its settings and from what modules it
   consists of.

 * About your first picture – did you add those hooks manually or they were there
   from the start? Please try to remove all fields from this Hooks option and check
   your labels one more time.
