Insert nextgen gallery image data into a form

I have Contact Form 7 and nextgen gallery running on my WP installation. I want users to be able to react to, and enquire about specific images from the nextgen galleries, via a form.

So far I have setup a link under each image, which launches a popup containing my form. If possible I would like to dynamically add the image titles and descriptions to the form so that when a user submits the enquiry form the image details are automatically included, however I am stuck as to how to pull data from the Nextgen images and insert it into the form.
