Insert photos automatically

I’m trying to automatically insert photos into posts according to categories . That is, if any post is clasified under the category “art”, I would like the same photo to be attached to all the posts in that category. I have tried with a plugin called “Auto Post Image”… but doesn’t work… any idea on how could I do it?
