# Insert Shortcode > Document – Inserts more than the desired shortcode

 * When inserting a shortcode of type ‘document’ into a page using the ‘Insert Shortcode’
   button, the following code is expected:
    `[su_document url="http://pbis.example.
   org/file/PBIS_Chart_2014-2015.doc" width="800" height="1220"][/su_document]`
 * However this is the code that comes back from the shortcode insert:
    `[su_document
   url="http://pbis.example.org/files/PBIS_Chart_2014-2015.doc" width="800" height
   ="1220"][su_document url="http://pbis.example.org/files/Resources/Classroom Management/
   Activity_sequencing_and_offering_choice.pdf" width="800" height="1220"[/su_document][/
   su_document]`
 * It’s inserting my shortcode plus another shortcode nested inside.
 * All pages where I attempt this adds this same nested shortcode document url,width,
   height.
 * A remove/install of the SU plugin does not solve this problem.
 * Any idea how to fix?

 * There must be a bug in the ‘Insert Shortcode >> Document’ code as it is now doing
   the same thing on another web site. Just that the additional text is different
   on the other site.

 * Not having any issues here on v4.9.3. Might be a conflict with another plugin.

 * It doesn’t happen when first installed. It develops the problem after some time
   of use. I have disabled and removed all other plugins but it still does it.
 * It acts like the end tag `[/su_document]` gets corrupted with an entire previously
   used shortcode. So instead of just the normal endtag, a modified endtag that 
   contains all the old shortcode text is used.

 * Hello. I have the exact same problem. Does anyone has an idea how to fix it ?
   
   In my case it even add an iframe that has nothing to do with Shotcode Ultimate
   in the process (an iframe from Scribd).
 * I end up with :
    [su_document url=”[http://www.desired-document.pdf&#8221](http://www.desired-document.pdf&#8221);
   width=”1000″ height=”1000″]**[su_document url=”[http://www.UNDESIRED-DOCUMENT.pdf&#8221](http://www.UNDESIRED-DOCUMENT.pdf&#8221);
   width=”1000″ height=”1000″][scribd id=XXXXXX key=key-XXXXXX mode=scroll][/su_document]**[/
   su_document].
 * Uninstalling and reinstalling with a fresh version of Ultimate Shortcode doesn’t
   solve it (which is quite fascinating!).
