# "Insert shortcode" is not working

 * Thanks for this plugin.
 * I have two questions:
 * 1) I followed the instructions but when I click on “email to download shortcode”,
   a window pops up and I select the file I have uploaded and click on “instert 
   shortcode” but I get the message “Please select a download product” and noting
   happens.
 * Can you please let me know what I am missing?
 * 2) I have pdf files that I link to at various locations in my blogs. I would 
   like the reader to get an email with the link to download the pdf file after 
   she/he clicks on the link in my blog and enter their name and email address in
   the popup window.
 * Can I use the plugin in this case?

 * I also have an error message as follows:
 * `Warning: extract() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/xxxxxxxxxx/
   public_html/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/email-to-download/app/lib/dg-
   builder/builder_controller.php on line 36`

 * 1. Could you please disable all other plugins and test again to make sure if 
   this is not a conflict?
 * 2. Sorry, this is not possible yet but we have plan to develop an extension for
   this feature.
 * 3. We can’t replicate the issue in our end. What happens if your test in a fresh
   install?
