    Hello
My calculator helps people determine how many hours of “contributive activity” (free work) they do in a year, and how much it would cost if we had to pay for someone to do it.

I ask questions and people need to assess the time it costs them. Sometimes, the assessment is “how many hours per week”, sometimes “per month”, sometimes “per year”. I would like to have sections introduced by a text.

Is-it possible just to write a line, a section title?

    Thank you

  • Hello @ntiel

You have two options for adding it: either in the description text or by using an HTML element.

I trust my response will be helpful, but please inform me if anything is missing. I am ready to offer further assistance.

Kindly send screenshots of the exact places where you wish to add the text.

    Looking forward hearing from you!

    Thank you Lisa

I think I was not clear enough.

    Here I show and explain : https://activite-contributive.org/index.php/test-1/

If it’s not possible, it’s ok. The fact that I could edit the description with html helps make it understandable enough.

I hope not to trouble you much longer. I’m getting to the end of it 🙂

    Hi Carole

I’ve been trying to make a complex calculator project with this plugin for a week and I think I can help you (I had a few problems too):

How do I enter the name of the section.
There are only two options: you can put an html field… or you can enter that field inside a group of fields and give the title to the group of fields.

How do I get the fields to stay in order of the column. Because they do not.
You can’t do. The fields are in the order of the columns, that is, from left to right. What I would do is modify the order of the fields from 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. to 1, 3, 2, 4, etc.

    No display of « mini/maxi values »
In the Appearance section of the calculator, choose the Before option instead of After in the Description field, at the bottom, and only the description will remain, disappearing min/max values

    I hope I’ve helped.

    Regards

    Hello @ntiel

    1. There are two options: a) You can add an HTML field, or b) You can include that field within a group of fields and assign a title to the group.
    2. There is no option to directly control it. The fields follow the order of the columns, moving from left to right. However, you can adjust the field order from 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. to 1, 3, 2, 4, and so on
    3. To achieve this, navigate to the ‘Appearance’ section of the calculator. In the ‘Description’ field, located at the bottom, select the ‘Before’ option instead of ‘After’. This will display only the description, while hiding the min/max values.”
