# insert the logo

 * Hi all,
 * I would like to insert the logo in the top left corner on the homepage just below
   the site tilte. Once I activate the option to show both the logo and the title
   in the customization menu, these are shown side by side and not one above the
   other. Does anyone have an idea what should I do?
    I would also like to add a
   short text to reference the photographs somewhere belowe the picture, is there
   a neat way to do so (e.g. “author: Pixabay”)?

 * Hi,
 * For positioning the logo below the site title, you can go to the **Appearance
   > Customize > Additional CSS** in the dashboard and insert the code mentioned
   below:
 *     ```
       #header-left-section {
         display: flex;
         flex-direction: column-reverse;
       }
       ```
   
 * For inserting the text, you might need to create a child theme and edit the code.
