 * Has anyone else started seeing the following code automatically inserted into
   the editor window in 4.5.3? I’ve seen it now on two different sites with completely
   different plugin sets?

 * What file are you seeing this inserted into in the Editor? It looks like a HTML
   string for a Save button to me, are you viewing a PHP file?
 * Also, do you see this code rendered on any of the pages?
