 * Hey I’m just wondering if its possible to insert a single catergory into my own
   pages, created in html. As I dont want to modify the site design at the moment.
 * Any sugguestions?

 * Define “insert”.
    You mean to display? In a html file? – Not easy. Easier with
   a .php file. Both cases RSS feeds would be recommended.

 * I need to display a category i.e. Local News into the site template I got
 * So instead of everytime they want to update they create a new <p> tag
 * I’d just like this to display this categorys last 6 posts.
 * I’ve got an idea where to go with it but some advice would make me more confident
