 * my web developer tells me that there is no easy way to add hyperlink text within
   a form. I have medium level skill with building websites having used dreamweaver
   in the past and built my own sites so i am not a total newbie.
 * I can’t imagine that there is not any way to easily do this even if i have to
   use a different form plugin.
 * My website revolves around my form and i am stuck paying my developer any time
   i want to make changes to my form. Am i being fleeced?

 * 1. Would you like to add and anchor link that leads to another page or a portion
   of the same page?
 * 2. Do you want to auto fill a form field with the pages URL?
 * 3. Do you want to add a field to take URL from your users?
 * Please explain further. You may add screenshots and form tags if possible

 * the links anchor text that i am wanting to included would lead to a different
   page, preferably by opening a new window.
 * No, i am not needing the url’s to be part of the form fields, just anchor text
   in the descriptors to the fields.
